Sayari Camp, celebrated for its exceptional safari experiences, now offers an enhanced stay with exciting new features, including the Serengeti’s first solar-powered microbrewery. Nestled in the unspoiled northern Serengeti plains, this award-winning camp is ideally located near the renowned Great Migration route and several Mara River crossing points, providing guests with breathtaking views of herds plunging through the waters.
The camp maintains an intimate atmosphere, with accommodations divided into nine and six suites. From July to November, Sayari’s location offers unparalleled opportunities to witness the iconic river crossings, while from November to March, the area becomes a tranquil haven teeming with black rhino, big cats, and other resident wildlife. Guests can enjoy twice-daily game drives, exclusive walking safaris, and the serenity of the northern Serengeti with minimal tourist traffic.
Luxury is at the heart of Sayari, with 15 elegant tented suites featuring mahogany floors, plush king or twin beds, and en-suite bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, and private outdoor showers. Each suite also boasts a spacious wraparound veranda, perfect for relaxing while spotting passing wildlife.
In 2023, Sayari introduced two private retreats tailored for families or groups, offering dedicated chefs, expert guides, and private safari vehicles for an exclusive and flexible experience. Guests can unwind in the rim-flow pool, indulge in a massage, or sample locally brewed beers at the eco-friendly microbrewery.
Sayari’s unique location near the Mara River makes it the perfect base for experiencing the Great Migration. Even after the herds move south, the northern Serengeti transforms into a lush oasis, attracting migratory birds and offering phenomenal photography opportunities alongside exclusive wildlife sightings.

Prepayment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve the booking.
- The balance should be settled 60 days before the trip date.
Child Policy
- Sayari camp welcomes children aged 5 and older and provides a family tent and two luxurious Retreats designed for families and small groups. Children below 5 years are not permitted at the camp unless it’s exclusively booked.
- Walking safaris carry a minimum age requirement of 12 years.
- Children 5 to 18 years old pay 50% of the adult sharing rate.
- Children 19 years and older pay the applicable adult rate.
- Children below 12 years need to share a room with an adult.
Cancelation
- For all cancelations made 66 days or more before arrival; the 20% deposit is retained as a booking fee and will not be refunded.
- Cancelations made between 65 and 36 days before arrival; 55% of the invoice amount will be due and payable
- Cancelations made 35 days or less before arrival; 100% of the invoice amount will be due and payable.
